Terms of Service

By using PickMyTrip you agree to these terms. In short: we help you compare and plan trips, but the actual booking happens on third-party sites, and the prices we show are estimates to verify at booking.
1. What PickMyTrip is
PickMyTrip is a search and planning tool. We rank vacation options by estimated total cost and let you build a shareable itinerary. We are not a travel agency and do not sell flights, hotels, cars, or activities. Any purchase is made on a third party’s website under that provider’s own terms.
2. Prices are estimates
Flight fares come largely from cached market data and hotel rates from third-party sources; both are estimates, not guaranteed quotes. Prices and availability change constantly. Always confirm the final price and details on the provider’s site before you book. We are not liable for differences between an estimate shown here and the price you are ultimately offered.
3. How we make money
PickMyTrip is affiliate-supported: we may earn a commission when you book through certain links, at no extra cost to you. Crucially, commissions never affect our ranking — results are ordered purely by real total cost, and we do not accept payment to rank a destination or property higher. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
4. Collaborative itineraries
Trips are shared by link, with no login — anyone who has a trip’s link can view, edit, vote on, and delete items. You are responsible for the content you add and for who you share a link with. Do not add unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content. We may remove content or disable a link that we believe violates these terms or the law.
5. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t scrape, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
- Don’t misuse automated tools to hammer our endpoints.
6. Intellectual property
The PickMyTrip name, brand, design, and the software and curated data behind it are ours or our licensors’. The itinerary content you create remains yours; by adding it you grant us a limited license to host, display, and sync it so the service can function.
7. Third-party services
Links take you to third-party sites (booking partners and data providers). We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content, prices, availability, or practices, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave PickMyTrip.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that prices, availability, or recommendations are accurate, complete, or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickMyTrip and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost bookings, travel costs, or missed deals, arising from your use of the service or reliance on any estimate shown here.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PickMyTrip harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
